Founder of Human Capital Integrated Technologies Group, Bill is a highly regarded Human Capital Consultant. Over the years he has provided business advising, counseling, training and coaching to a wide variety of organizations and organizational leaders. HCIT Group is a professional services firm that specializes in providing organizations with solid practical information for leadership effectiveness, employee productivity, and organizational success by inspiring individual development and achievement.

For nearly two decades, Bill has provided operational, leadership and human resource direction expertise to leaders and employees within several fortune 100 companies such as McDonnell Douglas/Boeing, Central Illinois Public Service, TRW/Northrop and Raytheon. Whether it was in developing a competency model centered on personal credibility or fostering positive management/union relations and win/win labor strategies, Bill has been able to help organizations maximize their human capital to achieve extraordinary results.

Bill’s success as an executive coach, leadership consultant and an organizational effectiveness expert in the areas of employee engagement and commitment, process improvement methodologies and plant turn-around expertise has earned him praise from his clients and recognition from the Association for Quality and Participation and the Indiana Labor Management Council.

Bill not only strives to ensure that his clients live each day with passion and reach new levels of achievement, he is equally passionate about inspiring them to making a difference in the careers/lives of those they lead. In doing so, Bill brings a unique blend of life experience and business knowledge that connects with his audience, either in a group setting or during one on one coaching.

A 1985 graduate of Purdue University’s Organizational Leadership and Supervision program, Bill received his MBA from Pepperdine University in 1991. Bill has furthered his expertise with executive certificates from the Executive Management Program at Cornell University, from the Executive Leadership Program at the University of Michigan, from Lore Consulting in the area of Executive Coaching. Bill also remains very active in community volunteerism participating on several youth boards and church leadership activities.

Diane is a seasoned global executive, consultant and entrepreneur with expertise in general leadership and human resources management.  She is skilled in driving cultural change and transformational leadership, and leveraging human assets to enhance organizational performance and to maximize business results.  Her career pursuits have taken her to over 30 countries while an executive at IBM, IBM Credit, PolyOne (formerly Geon), Invacare, and several other small cap and start-up companies.  

As a senior leader and consultant, Diane has partnered to drive the strategic objectives of the organization through implementation of an aligned HR strategy.  Her broad HR and operational experiences include strategic M&A and Change Management Leadership, ERP Global Implementation, Talent Management, Succession and Leadership Development, Business Readiness and Organizational Learning, Strategic Executive and Employee Benefits and Compensation, and Employee and Labor Relations, etc.

Diane serves on the Executive Education Advisory Board at Wharton Business School and is a past member of the President’s Council of Cornell Women.  She remains very active in the Cleveland non-profit community where she was a founder of 2 non-profits and a foundation.  In 2004, she was knighted in to the Sovereign Order of St John of Jerusalem, Knights Hospitalier, an ancient Christian order, in recognition of her service to the sick and the poor.
 
In addition, she is the Founder of several companies, and has worked with several other entrepreneurial start-ups to help them develop business, HR and marketing plans to enhance the organization growth objectives.  Diane serves on the board of MagnaHR, an HR outsourcing company, and the partnership Board for a major healthcare system in Cleveland.
 
Diane is a graduate of a joint accelerated 5 year BS/MBA program at Cornell University, with an undergraduate degree from Cornell’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations. She has had extensive continuous education, including an intensive 6 week Global Executive Leadership Program in Belgium where she was the only American and the only woman.
